When you use Vid Gen AI, you may provide text prompts, photos, videos, or other media so the app can create the result you request. If you contact support, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address and a description of the issue.

2. Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and improve the app, including device type, operating-system version, app version, crash information, feature interactions, and approximate timestamps. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

3. How information is used

• Generate and deliver the videos or other media you request.
• Maintain app performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.
• Understand aggregated product usage and improve the experience.

4. AI processing and service providers

Content submitted for generation may be securely processed by infrastructure and AI service providers acting on our behalf. These providers are permitted to process information only to deliver their services to Vid Gen AI and are expected to protect it under contractual and legal obligations.

5. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, when you direct us to share a creation, to protect the safety and integrity of the service, or when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of personal information associated with you by emailing support@viralpatterns.tech.

7. Your photos and device permissions

Vid Gen AI requests access to photos or media only when a feature needs it and after you choose to grant permission. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

8. Children’s privacy

Vid Gen AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can review and delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we continually review how information is handled.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
