Why is my video still generating?
Generation time can vary with demand and the type of video requested. Keep the app open for a moment, confirm your internet connection, and try again if the job reports an error.
How do I get a better result?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the subject fully visible. For text prompts, describe the subject, action, setting, and visual style in one or two direct sentences.
Why does the app need photo access?
Photo access lets you choose an image to animate or save a completed creation. Vid Gen AI asks for access only when you use a feature that needs it. You can change access in iOS Settings.
How do I save or share a creation?
Open the finished creation and use the save or share action. If saving fails, confirm that Vid Gen AI has permission to add media to your photo library.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Email support with a brief description and any relevant job or creation details. Please do not attach sensitive personal information that is unrelated to the report.
